1. Connect the Cabinets: Check that the cabinets are attached to each other at the top using the connection bars.  How to install braces. 

2. Adjust the Legs: Make sure the legs are adjusted so the door opens and closes easily without getting stuck.(Picture Left - Proper alignment of latch and lock)

Test the Door Locks: Open each door to about halfway (45 degrees) and let it go. The door should close and lock on its own. You can double-check this in merchant mode:

Go to the "Utilities" menu.

Select "Sensors" to see the door status.

Confirm "isClosed" is checked after testing.

3. Check the Shelves: Ensure all shelves are pushed all the way in and no wires are touching the shelves.

4. Position the Antennas: Spread out the mobile antennas so they are at least five feet apart from each other. 

1. Check the Fans: Make sure the fans are running when the door is closed. You should be able to see them through the glass.

2. Check the Drains: Ensure the drain holes for water are clear and nothing is blocking them.

3. Set the Temperature: The cooler should be set to 37 degrees Fahrenheit (37F).

   • For 600 cabinets: Remove the metal cover below the door to find the controller.

   • For 700 cabinets: Change the setting in the manageIQ box menu in merchant mode.

1. Calibrate the Shelves: Use the 1kg (35.27oz) weight to calibrate each shelf. Follow the instructions for calibration. 

2. Check the Modem Signal: Look at the modem and make sure at least two green lights are showing (Picture left - 3 signal bars). This means the signal is good.

3. Test the Shelves: Take items off each shelf and then put them back. This checks if the system is recording correctly. If a shelf isn't recording, make sure items aren't touching each other or the sides. This can be done as a customer, or using the Verfiy tab un merchant mode.  If a product is not being recognized correctly, first retrain it.  If it is still not recognized correctly, you may need to calibrate that shelf again.

1. Don't Overfill the Shelves: Make sure items don't touch the top, back, or sides of the cooler.

2. Test the Card Reader: Do a test purchase to make sure the card reader works.

3. Set up Alerts: Configure your new location for alerts.  New kiosk alerts are configured in Admin
